Curtain Products Return Policy

We understand that sometimes curtain products may not meet your expectations. We accept returns of unused, unaltered curtain products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible for Return

The following curtain products are eligible for return:

  • Ready-made curtains in original packaging with tags attached
  • Curtain hardware including rods, brackets, and finials that are unused
  • Accessories such as rings, clips, and tiebacks in unopened packaging
  • Fabric samples that were never cut or altered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made curtains designed specifically for your windows
  • Curtains that have been altered, hemmed, or customized
  • Fabric that has been cut to your specifications
  • Installed curtain hardware that has been mounted
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage

Return Process

Steps for Returning Products

  1. Contact us to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return instructions and authorization number
  4. Package the curtain products securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the items to our Nyack location or arrange pickup
  6. Receive confirmation once your return is processed

Installation Services Policy

Our curtain installation services are designed to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with the installation work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.

Service Quality Commitment

We stand behind our installation work. We will work to address legitimate concerns about the quality or appearance of your curtain installation, including:

  • Improperly mounted hardware
  • Uneven curtain hanging
  • Installation defects or workmanship issues
  • Hardware that does not function as intended

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned curtain products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Products showing minor signs of use or handling

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the items reach us safely.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your curtain products arrive damaged or defective, please contact Bloxarynuaphodia immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please provide photos of the damaged items to expedite the process.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for curtain products before they are shipped or before custom fabrication begins. Orders for custom curtains cannot be cancelled once fabrication has started. Installation appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
